The combination of tactical discipline (low blocks, hot GKs), individual quality (Salah, Manรฉ, Amad, Sarr), and the expanded format's best-3rd mechanism all aligned.

Europe reliable but not dominant. 81% with all 6 group winners, but 3 eliminations show the gap between elite UEFA and mid-tier is widening. France, Spain, and the Netherlands look like genuine contenders; Czechia, Scotland, and Tรผrkiye were out of their depth.
